You must be authorised to submit the information and images you provide. Do not submit images or data belonging to others without their consent.
AccidentIQ uses mobile number verification (OTP) to authenticate users. Your mobile number is your identity on the platform. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any mobile number at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.

Prices are per report and are charged at the time of report generation. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details.
Displayed prices may vary by currency based on your detected location. The base price in USD applies where currency conversion is shown.
Because AccidentIQ reports are generated immediately upon payment and consumed at the time of generation, we generally do not offer refunds for completed reports.

AccidentIQ accepts vehicle photos only. Every uploaded photo is automatically screened for faces, other visible people, explicit/NSFW content, and license plates or other readable signage. A photo matching any of these is rejected outright and is not used in your report or retained — it is not partially blurred or edited and kept.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are authorised to submit it, and — where other people appear in any image you attempt to upload — that you have that person's consent to include them, or have taken reasonable steps to ensure they are not identifiable, before uploading.
The AccidentIQ platform, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the images and data you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your report.
Generated reports are provided to you for your personal or business use. You may use your reports for insurance claims, legal proceedings, or personal reference. You may not resell or commercially redistribute reports generated by AccidentIQ.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
AI-generated analysis is probabilistic. Fault determinations, cost estimates, and legal framing may be incorrect, incomplete, or inapplicable to your specific jurisdiction or circumstances. Always verify findings with qualified professionals before relying on them for legal, financial, or insurance decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccidentIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
